We use a wide range of fabrics such as Cotton, Viscose, Polyester, Organdy, Net, Nylon Lace net, Georgette, Poly Georgette, Poly Chiffon, Rayon Crepe, Cotton Crepe, Bosky, Moss Crepe, Twill, Yarn Dyes fabrics and Shantoon to produce our range of products. We use both hand embroidery and machine embroidery process, which are our core strengths.

Quality

We, Fashion Sphere, are highly sensitive to the needs of the clients therefore, we follow a strict quality assurance method to offer them flawless range of Garments, Fashion Accessories, Madeups, etc. Maintaining high standards of garments is the organizational aim of our company, and we never be complacent on this aspect. We do sampling and manual testing and comprehensive inspection of the finished lots to ascertain product quality. Moreover, we check each product on the following parameters to ensure immaculate products:

Infrastructure

We are proud to own a state-of-the-art infrastructure to accomplish our mission. The infrastructure has been divided into various facilities that are as follows:

Sampling Unit- Our sampling is well equipped with stitching and embroidery machines. Besides, that we have appointed highly skilled artists. This department always has an access to the latest accessories and fabric qualities and hence easily suffices buyer's demand of the trendiest samples for a particular season. The department is spearheaded by an experienced designer- Master Ji- and his assistants who ensure that every cut, trim and detailing of the samples lives up to the expectations of the buyer.

Production Unit- Our factory has a total of 200 machines that easily has an installed production capacity of  1500-2000 pieces daily.

Finishing Unit- Our finishing department is equipped with 2 washing machines, perc dry-cleaning plant. Drying tumbler, 3 hydro-extractor and a lot of space for washing and dry-cleaning of products, supported by 15 vacuum pressing tables.
